NOTE:
You or your partner will be using their SMTCHS Web access to upload complete website.
That SMTCHS URL is what you upload for your final Step -  

• Website should be designed in VS Code - or comparable IDE
• No Libraries - Or Templates
• No Code-reuse as in copying and pasting. 
• No Server Side Code only Client Side
• Websites will be checked for up to date validation
• Allowed to bring notes or books--must be printed.  You may use cheat sheets or things you pdf and bring with you but it must be printed.
• You will be coding on laptops and can use any of the programs that are installed on your compute.
• You will need to support IE 11, Google Chrome 4.0
